Lindsay Lohan had a rough morning Sunday – and by the looks of it, a pretty rough night, too.
At 6:45 am, a TMZ spy spotted Lindsay at Olive and Sunset in Hollywood, near a dog park. Lindsay was sitting in her parked black Cadillac Escalade and our spy, who was walking his dog, could see Lohan through the tinted windows, "freaking out" and talking on her phone.
Then, Lohan called our spy over and told him that two men in a silver Toyota 4Runner -- parked behind her -- had been following her for the last two hours, trying to "hit" her vehicle. Our spy reports that "she seemed out of it," that it appeared she'd been out all night, and that she'd clearly been crying, with mascara running down her face. "I've called the cops," said Lindsay of her alleged pursuers. "But the cops can't catch them."
What Lindsay didn't even realize in her reduced state was that the two men in the Toyota were actually paparazzi. Our spy saw them snapping away. And, he says, as their vehicle started to creep up on Lindsay's Escalade, she shifted into drive, hit the gas and took off. The paparazzi followed her.
An email sent to her rep was not immediately returned.

Lindsay is very bright and I'm sure she probably realized they were paparazzi, she has cameras shoved in her face constantly, but when they follow her for hours, harassing her, that is criminal. I know for a fact that a lot of these paparazzi are in this country illegally, they buy a camera and decide to make some quick bucks by literally hunting down some of these celebrities like animals. I read all the time about how these celebs want fame and this goes with it, but that is BS. When they are out and about on their own personal business, they should not be harassed. I hope she files a police report, goes to court and obtains a restraining order against them. Stay strong, Lindsay!
Psychosis hell- the car was following her, so therefore, she wasn't being paranoid. Doesn't mean she wasn't doped, just that she wasn't wrong about being followed.

Wilmer once stated he was scared to drive with Lindsay cuz he she was a reckless and irresponsible driver. She will one day kill someone and pay the ultimate price that no cop can over look. She should be smart and get a driver.
Im sure it was a combination of drugs, drinks and late late late night partying gone too far.

I really hate it when Celebs talk about paparazzi like they are stalkers, like their so traumatized by them. I have never heard of a story where a paparazzi killed somebody. Those people have every right to take their picture. As for princess Di it was her own fault that she died. Why the heck was she trying to flee paparazzi had she just let them taken her picture she would still be alive. Those paparazzi just want your picture they dont want to kill you or rape you. I would bet a celebrity would kill a paparazzi before it would be the opposite. In fact those celebrity's harrass the paparazzi by cussing at them and hitting them all the time. The paparazzi should be the ones being protected.
