TMZ has obtained the 9-1-1 dispatch tape from the motorists who witnessed Nicole Richie driving the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank.
Richie was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Monday morning after admitting to CHP deputies that she had taken Vicodin and smoked marijuana.

7. Nicole will not go to jail, that's the sad part about it. She needs help. She could have killed someone. We will see her partying tonight at HYDE with Paris, Lindsay and Britney.
