TMZ has obtained the 9-1-1 dispatch tape from the motorists who witnessed Nicole Richie driving the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank.
Richie was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Monday morning after admitting to CHP deputies that she had taken Vicodin and smoked marijuana.

9. Nicole will not go to jail, that's the sad part about it. She needs help. She could have killed someone. We will see her partying tonight at HYDE with Paris, Lindsay and Britney. 11. Im waiting to here she has passed away. Everyone knows she has an eating disorder, she needs to stop making up these dumb excuses as to why she is skinny.
She is going to end up killing herself and her family are partly to blame for it. They should be forcing her into a help center but instead they are sitting back and slowly watching her kill herself.
If someone were to see her on the streets and not know who she is they would think she was a tall 10 year old.
