Lane Garrison Tries to Exercise His Demons

Embattled actor Lane Garrison was spotted jogging near his Los Angeles home on Friday, the first time photogs have spotted the former "Prison Break" star since his tearful appearance at an L.A. church.

Sources tell TMZ that Garrison will learn his fate any day now in the December 2 accident that killed a 17-year-old boy.

2. Well, the fact that they have not yet charged him with either DUI or Vehicular Manslaughter seems to indicate that he most likely had alcohol in his system(he was observed drinking Grey Goose Vodka shots) but was still below .08...so all's well that ends well ...though the deceased kid's family is for sure going to sue the hell out of him...but that's why people have car insurance.

15. I feel sorry for him. That's why it is called an ACCIDENT! He needs to do community service NOT go to jail. We need to show compassion.
