12. I agree. She probalby will be left off the hook because they really took awhile to come to the conclusion she should be charged. What could work against her is her past history with the law but I doubrt she'll suffer in any real way.

I don't care what people say about how "happy and stable" she has become due to her new fling. This girl has some SERIOUS unresolved issues. She won't truly be on the right path until she owns up to a few things.

15. Doesn't a third DUI become a felony in California? I think that's a mandatory prison, not jail, sentence. She'd better hire a driver 'cause she'll be doin' hard time in prison if she keeps this up.
