Nicole Richie has been charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence. The DA says Richie is charged with being under the influence of "an alcoholic beverage or drugs." Richie was arrested on December 11 on suspicion of driving under the influence, when she was stopped for going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. At the time of her arrest, Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot, but never mentioned consuming any alcohol.
Richie will be arraigned in Los Angeles County Superior Court in Glendale, Calif. on February 21.

Howard Astern is the father of Dani Lynn because he was there when the baby was born, and when Anna Nicole died. In my opinion if someone is there when the child is born and when the mother dies, that is a signal that he is the father of the baby, and the wife of Anna Nicole. Howard has been at the custody battles since Anna Nicole has died and when Dani Lynn was born. I dont understand how a Playboy mate of the year would kill herself so fast and not be able to be there to watch her daughter grow up. Larry Birkhead is mad because he is thinks hes the father, In my opinion the reason why he thinks hes the father is because of the way he is acting, and talking. If he doesnt win the custody battle he is going to be very upset because he knows that he isnt the father but he says he is. Why dont they just go to the doctor and get blood tests and paturnity tests to find out who really is the father of Dani Lynn Smith.
