From "Dreamgirls" to Bond girls, check out who channeled their inner Bjork at last night's Oscars.

Meryl doesn't care about fashion. She never has, and she never will. I think she's honored to be at the ceremony, but she absolutely hates the fact that it's turned into a fashion show. She's the best though, and like somone said, "she's Meryl Streep, she can do what she wants." She stole the night too, when she went into "Miranda Priestly" mode with Anne and Emily.
Jennifer Hudson's jacket was just plain silly looking. Too bad for her first outting. Anyone bigger than a size 1 should NEVER wear the "too small" or whatever they are calling it, look. Clothes that are too small make you look fat, unless you are a toothpick.
Cameron Diaz looked amazing, I haven't seen her name much on this list.
Dunst looked like she mixed this up with Halloween.
Was Ellen kidding with that red suit? It looked like pajamas from the night before.
Kidman's dress looked weird and stiff, and don't even get me started on that bow!
What was with all the "poured metal" looking dresses. Ick!
Beyonce's dress reminded me of one that was rejected on Project Runway. They thought the blobs on the front looked like intestines...hmmm
You know, sometimes you guys cross the line. Yes, Peter O'Toole is a very old man, but calling him "the departed" is not funny, just cruel. And what has he done to deserve that, other than living long enough to be an old man?
My best dressed list is: Helen Mirren, Reese Witherspoon, Jada Pinkett Smith, Gweneth Paltrow ,
Penelope Cruz. The worst dressed was Meryl Streep. What is wrong with her? I am a fan of her acting but she looked like she just came from a yard sale. Get with it Meryl. These are the Oscars. I am sure there are plenty of designers who would have loved to dress you. Also, Peter O'Toole is only 70 but he looks old. Sorry. Glad Jennifer won and Forest and Scorcese, finally. Ciao.
I thought Kirsten Dunst looked charmingly retro - I don't understand the level of hatred towards this talented star...
Nicole Kidman looked fantastic, as did Sherry Lansing & Reese Witherspoon. Jennifer Hudson looked great minus the silver bolero - what's WRONG with pockets?? They gave her a place to put her hands & added extra presence on the carpet, IMO.
I liked Gwyneth Paltrow's dress but thought her hair was too studied - every time the camera was on her, she seemed to be checking that her extensions (?) were perfectly in place & even appeared to be walking sorta stiltedly, as though trying hard not to displace her tresses.
JLo sure looks STRONG next to her hubby - an odd couple physically!
Meryl Streep - I'm surprised your daughter was willing to be seen with you at thisevent!! Worst of the night & I'm all for casual comfort! Next year, gimme a call & I'll loan you my size 14 semiformal from JCP - it's got that weird hippie getup beat cold!
Everyone had on some fancy schmancy designer. Well known designers for the most part. I just think a lot of the fashion doesn't translate well onto TV. The actresses look bigger, the colors can't be fully appreciated nor can the fabrics due to a number of things. I am sure most of those gowns/dresses would look better in person. I wonder how most of us look heading out for an evening?
It is what they are wearing. It is who that is wearing what they are wearing. If it was Spears every body would be gasping. If these stars were wearing anything else they would be saying the same thing. Shit.
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
