No kid is a bastard! if a woman decides to have the child she is expected to raise that child with or without a man. Maternal Instincts, If a woman needs a man to complete raising a child then she is weak. Power to all the single moms out there who can do it alone without a man!! If it were up to men we (humans) surely would not exsist.

Tom isn't a dumb ass -- she got pregnant on purpose knowing their relationship wasn't going to last. Her choice to be a single mom, and with him as the dad, who cares?
They all got what they wanted. Marriage isn't the solution, especially when you're not in love and don't want to be with each other.
