Asstastic swimsuit model Vida Guerra claims she could have gotten out of a parking ticket in West Hollywood last night -- if she would have let one of the meter maids see her naked!
After two starstruck parking cops bragged that they had nailed Hayden Panettiere a few days before, the serial celebrity citationers swooped in on Vida's white Range Rover and planted a ticket on her windshield. When the cheeky chick got back to her ride, she told our photog that the parking officer made one thing clear -- if she forked over some naked pics of herself, she would get off (or he would).
Vida, claiming she usually doesn't carry that kind of junk in her trunk, took the ticket instead.

It's a good thing that the officers included that extra snippet with the ticket because if I was Vida Guerra copies would be hand delivered to their superiors, and the judge presiding in the traffic court case. As the old proverbial saying eludes to, one putting nails into their very own coffin. Not only is this offense just plain dumb, but can also be considered sexual harassment. They'd be lucky to just be suspended when all is said and done. If the department doesn't want the embarrassment, they'd just cut them out of a job without an investigation. Is California a "Right To Work" state?
