Decked out on Saturday in a Grizzly coat, studded Halloween pumpkin sack and deep sea fishing boots, the 21-year-old wonder twin battled a fierce L.A. storm, or as it's commonly known around the rest of the country -- a little drizzle! Are schools closed?!
