Graziano's Mom

Granted Guardianship

10/10/2007 2:07 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

1010_graziano_nick_bn_wi-1A Florida judge has granted temporary guardianship to Debra Graziano, mother of John Graziano, the critically injured Marine in the August 26 car crash involving Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea.

Graziano has been in critical condition since the wreck, and is said to be in a coma-like state. His mother Debra and her estranged husband, Edward, have been fighting over guardianship of John, according to WTVT in Tampa. Edward Graziano wanted an independent guardian appointed for his son.

Steven Hearn, an attorney for Edward Graziano, alleges that the Hogans are financially supporting his estranged wife in an effort to avoid a potential lawsuit. "The Bolleas have been providing financial support to his wife," said Hearn. "We have learned, for example, that they are paying for her to live in a condominium or townhouse in Clearwater."

Hearn requested and was granted a continuance, in order to "investigate what other financial benefits the Bolleas have been providing to Mrs. Graziano during the course of these events," he said.

What a shame in such a tragic time, the parents can't put their differences aside and work together for the good of their son.
Nick should pay dearly for causing this.

so sad & tragic if this is the limit of his recovery

a heart-ache for his family no doubt

hope they don't start fighting tons,
cause they need their strength to help them deal with whatever lies ahead for their son

my thoughts and prayers go out to them-
as well as my encouragement to find a middle ground so they can focus on what really matters

and of course that is their son John

Oh come on!!! why is everyone so mad at NICK?
Typical out to get someone ANYONE to make this all feel better. I'm very sure that John
knew exactly how Nick drove and how irresponsible he is. John was NOT
wearing a seat belt. That could have made all the difference. Let's
put the blame where it belongs. Nick was stupid but John was stupid too. Sure Nick should be held accountable for his actions but to say he is at total fault for what happened to John is unreasonable.

It should be Nick Hogan lying in that bed....Hogan should go to jail just like anyone else would if they did what he did.

And if that man dies Nick should be charged with murder

Unless a miracle happens! i love how the Hogan kids tried to play it down that he was getting better blah blah blah. Stupid dumb rich kids. I hope they at least pay for the medical bills this kids family is going to have to for the rest of his life.

enough already

Its nice the Hogans are helping the mom financially but it could potentially be a problem down the road. Whats best for her son may not be best for Nick legally and this could cause a conflict of interest. It would be best if an independent party were responsible for certain decisions based on Johns condition and chances for recovery and not finances. The father may or may not be close to the family but he can see the writing on the wall.

This is so sad. To have got through 1 or 2 tours in Iraq and to then be hurt so bad in a senseless car crash. I hope he makes a total recovery. This Hogan jerk off should go to jail and never have a license again!! I wish everything BAD to those idiotic Hogans.

#13 Rebecca: I agree with you. I think both parties were acting irresponsibly and stupidly. I feel for the young man and his family but not all the fault lies with Nick. I'm pretty sure this wasn't the first time either one of them raced on public streets. I'm happy no innocent bystander or innocent driver were injured in all of this. I don't like the Hogans either but you can't put all the blame on Nick. Hopefully this will be his "bottom" and he'll give up street racing for good.

Nick, "Assface" Hogan should be made to work in a nursing home for the severly brain damaged as long as John Graziano is a vegetable, i.e. forever.

Sorry folks, if his pupils are fixed, he'll never "wake up".

This is a tragedy for both families! My heart goes out to all invovled, especially for Mike's mom. My prayers are for a recovery. Thank goodness the Hogans are helping her, how devestated she must be. Im sure they are all beside themselves. Truth is kids dont think anything can happen to them. Regardless, Im not pointing fingers at anyone, everyone is suffering in their own way. This accident has changed all their lives profoundly. Itst just very sad.
