The former "Charles in Charge" bad girl and "Baywatch" babe was spotted sauntering out of Koi last night -- and she was in a really spirited mood.

TMZ caught the giggly actress donating money to the dog of a man in need. Yes, the dog. Wonder what put her in such a happy mood? Nicole then happily flipped off cameras and jibber-jabbed about J.Lo's pregnancy and working on TV pilots.

It's so nice to see a together, healthy and upbeat former child star out having a good time.

19. Wow, she's aged a lot since Baywatch. Looks haggard for her age. Definitely boozing it up or high on something, too. You'd think if she could actually get on camera again she'd want to leave people with a better impression of her than this.

So she reminds some of you of Farrah Fawcett??...yeah, only Farrah is an Icon, worth millions, an international sex-symbol, and when she acts "giggly" she does it as a lead guest on a big-time talk-show AND gets on the covers of tons of magazines....not a mere mention on some lame-ass website LOL.
