Hogan Pal Graziano

Moved to Vets Hospital

11/9/2007 2:02 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

John Graziano, the former Marine who has been in a coma since being critically injured in the Aug. 26 crash of Nick Hogan's Supra, is being moved from his current hospital -- and his lawyer says his condition is improving.

The St. Petersburg Times reports that Graziano has been moved to the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, after spending more than two months at Bayfront Medical Center. George Tragos, John's mother's lawyer, tells the Times that he was moved "at the request" of the Veterans Administration for cost reasons. Tragos also adds that Graziano is "improving or else they wouldn't have moved him."

Two days ago, his pal Nick got arrested and charged with felony reckless driving and underage drinking -- and suggested in a statement that John should've been wearing a seatbelt.

George Clooney is a Pu$$y

John is a vet and served us proudly in Iraq, so I have no problem paying for his medical bills at the VA center. To me it doesn't matter how he got hurt. We owe our soldiers a debt of gratitude and should take care of them when they are in need. I am really glad to hear that John is doing better, but I don't know what that means for him.

However, the Hogan family needs to pay for all of John's hospital bills. They should be reimbursing the government for every penny of John's care. If they really cared about John they would have him in the best hospital with the best doctors and they should be offering to pay for everything rather than being sued by John's family and saying John should have been wearing a seat belt. Inhumane.

"Florida’s drunk driving law (also known as the dram shop law) allows the victims of drunk driving accidents to sue liquor-licensed companies, such as restaurants, bars or hotels, who knowingly serve alcohol to underage drinkers. If a bar does not ask for ID or ignores a blatantly fake ID card, they may share liability with a drunk teen who gets into a car crash after drinking at their establishment and causes injury or death." --- I wonder if John's parents are checking where and who Nick got the booze. There were blogs on some of the performance car sites I saw with posters commenting that Nick was a regular at one place local to his home and was often intoxicated there on Sunday afternoons.

One of the reports over the past week said that John's parents supported the police charges against Nick - if true, Hulk probably has cut them off from his "support".

Nick needs to go have a chat to Lane Garrison about taking accountability. And his parents need to offer some unconditional care. Yes the kid should of had his seatbelt on but that's in the past now. The Hogan family need to now assist with dealing with the consequences of his actions.

52. John Graziano was not wearing a seat belt he needs to accept some responsiblity. It is very unfortunate. I wish him a speedy recovery. Hopefully he will be safer next time. Nick is very young several years younger than John, he has a lot of growing up to do.

Parden me for asking but ARE YOU STUPID OR WHAT!?There will be no "speedy recovery". His brain is too damaged for that. There will be no "next time" for John, his life, as it was before, is over. My heart goes out to John and his family. The "Hogans" are losers.

Pretty sad, Hulkster- brag that you'll take care of John, then don't say a word as he's shipped off to the VA to rot......

Keeping him on a respirator at Bayfront will run you about $20K per month- is that a lot of money for you, Hulkster? How much did you clear on your latest home sale in Miami?

Better idea yet- why not liquidate some of LIttle Nicky's toys? That's a pretty nice hauler sitting in front of your house; How bout a couple of those Vipers?

Why not be a MAN and put up money to honor your word?

I always suspected as much.......
