We just caught up with Shaniqua Tompkins as she got back to her house -- or what's left of it after this morning's big blaze -- and 50 Cent's ex-shawty went OFF!

Where do we begin? She alleges that he tried to kill her, that he's obsessed with her, and -- well, just listen to this crazazy rant!

We put in a call to Fiddy's lawyers, and they haven't gotten back to us.

Damn! Those are some serious allegations she's just throwing out there..No doubt it was a scary ordeal and probably very traumatising. Not a reason tho to be accusing someone of such a crime *attempted murder if you ask me* without any actual proof.

This is a ploy to turn the media's attention to 50 Cent...she is a crazy bitch!! She burnt the house down. Why would she go back to the house unless she wanted media attention, sorry crazy you need to cover up your tracks much better than that. 50 Cent should sue your ass!
