Heather Locklear Checks into Morose Place

Heather Locklear's checked herself into a psychological treatment facility in Arizona.

The actress' rep tells PEOPLE "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment."

As TMZ first reported, Heather's doctor called 911 back in March, concerned that she was suicidal.

Sad but it's good she's getting some help. MAAAYBE Denise was telling the truth about the whole Richie Sambora mess. Perhaps Heather was so emotionally frazzled she was making some stuff up. But, there is no way Denise is totally innocent just maybe not as guilty as everyone assumes.

It's great that Heather is able to determine when to seek help. It seems Heather has been through a lot concerning trying to shield her daughter Ava from all the hoopla. Denise is on the verge of snapping. You can see it. She doesn't even try to shield her children, she throws them in the middle of it all!
