10/14/2008 3:10 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

yeah right. you probably don't know any spanish people or have not lived in spain... these people my friend are the most racist, politically incorrect people on earth. He probably doesn't even understand what is wrong with the picture or don't acknowledges it just out of stubbornness. They can be very ignorant too. Ronaldiho, Etoo (foreigner superstar players that played in spanish soccer league) have had to suffer a lot of racism by Spanish people calling them the N word and dissing them just so OPENLY because of their race, Like the most natural thing in the world, Also formula uno pilot Lewis Hamilton has suffered racism the worst being of four spectators at the track with blacked-up faces and gorilla masks wearing T-shirts bearing the phrase “Hamilton’s family”. That was in Catalonia were racism is even more palpable...

This happened three months ago. Glad you are keeping on top of things TMZ... NOT! He's already apologized back then so get over it you morons. Anyway the intent wasn't to be offensive, although idiots will scream about how the intent doesn't matter. Hell the Chinese didn't view it a big deal either, try looking up some news articles from this incident. As a matter of fact the Spanish national team was sponsored by a Chinese company, and they didn't find it offensive. The only people getting worked up over it are white people with a case of "white man's burden" syndrome. This is just an attempt to make a great player and a great guy look bad, he's one of the very few NBA players who aren't sleazy... unlike a few of his teammates. He's the only reason I give a s*** about the Lakers because they weren't much of anything last season until they got him in a trade.
