I had the opportunity to meet and hang out with Roddy for a whole day a few years back at a friends picnic. We played touch football and chatted for quite a bit. He is one of the most humble and nicest guys that you would ever want to meet. No ego and no attitude. Much different than the "Rowdy Roddy Piper" character that he plays in wrestling. I remember how much he talked about his family and how much they mean to him. He takes a lot of pride in his profession and being a good father. There is quite a contrast between the immage and the person that I hung out with.
