Britney Spears will cancel her upcoming tour if K-Fed's lawyers continue to block an agreement allowing her to take the kids on the road -- informed sources tell us.
Here's what we know. For weeks, Britney, K-Fed and Jamie Spears have been privately hashing out a plan to let the kids travel with Brit while she goes on tour. The plan is to have homes in three bases -- New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Sean Preston and Jayden James would stay in one of these three bases and mom would commute back and forth while doing concerts in each region.
And here's a fun fact. We've learned Britney will pay Kevin in excess of $4,000 a week for each week she's on tour. The way the deal goes... Brit would get K-Fed his own pad in each of the three bases and he wouldn't even have to show up to get the money! Why, you ask, would she pay him? You figure it out....
So here's the rub: Britney, K-Fed and Jamie worked out the arrangement without the help of any of the lawyers. We're told a week ago K-Fed's lawyers became aware of the plan and were furious, thinking Jamie went behind their backs. Sources tell us K-Fed's lawyers have said they object to the plan but won't specifically say why. And Kevin apparently doesn't have the cojones to stand up to his lawyers.
Britney WILL cancel the tour if she can't take her kids... we know that for a fact.
By the way, Britney now has close to 50/50 custody and the trio has also worked out a long-term agreement, which would extend the arrangement. That, too, could be compromised.

UPDATE: 11:27 AM ET Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, says neither he nor Kevin want to interfere with Brit's career. He says it could have been handled better if Jamie and company would have "manned up" and had Kevin got the benefit of his lawyers to protect his position. Kaplan says he's going to present his own wording of the deal, but thinks they'll work it out.

Kids need to be in school. Especially with her routine. They need an eductation. They need structure. Sure as heck won't get it on the road, Leave kids home!!! When you come down to it. She is just like she was before. Dumb!!!
Her kids are 3 and 2. Missing daycare is a problem?? I think this shows she has grown up.

It's the typical Brit Brit answer to everything. Want a husband? Buy one. Want an annulment? Buy one. Want to skip on a hit and run charge? Buy off the victim. Want out of a bad marriage? Buy him off. Want a new manager? Buy one. Drugs? Buy them. Different hair? Buy it. If this girl had to live in the real world and had no money she couldn't cope.
If this were anyone else but Britney people would be praising the effort to keep the kids with both parents while on the road.
If Christina Aguilera or Gwen Stefani did it (pretending they were divorced) they would be called responsible. It's just not acceptable because it's Spears coming up with it (or her dad, rather). I see nothing wrong with it. And as for all the accusation of paying people off? She is just speaking the only language K-Fed knows: cash. Money talks and he listens.

and you know what i think it's a great idea... nothing wrong with balancing a career and kids in fact i think it's the HEALTHY thing to do, other celebs manage to have both, and please the kids are going to have an awesome time they are only 2&3 and aren't in school! and even if they were brit can afford the best quality private education for her children. face it, these kids aren't going to lead normal lives, they are the children of the most photographed women in the world who has sold more than ... 90 million albums by now? that's more than beyonce, rihanna, and christina COMBINED. She is legendary.
If the A-Hole wants to be paid the big bucks he should just sit down and shutup. She has nothing to prove to him anymore.
Maybe he should take the time Brittney has HER KIDS AND GO SPEND SOMETIME WITH HIS OTHER KIDS. After all, he was named father of the year in 2008. Keeping kids from thier Mother is not being a good Father
This is the consequence of losing your kids. You don't have much say so in what goes on.
Of course the lawyers dissagree. There is no money in agreeing. They can charge millions to hash it out.
K-Fed should tell those lawyers to shove it. Things are good for the trio and the kids want their mom. They will resent dad if he blocks this. I think K-Fed should get a bit more money though. Just a bit. But tell the lawyers to get lost.

This story is just more speculation thats all. She cant even pay attention to her kids for a couple of hours. She has already proved how much she cares for them bu trading them for insurance. Look, it is not a crime to take the babies on tour with her. It is a crime to keep them away from her. I just hope she finds peace in her life someday and a real man who will love her for her. To Brittany if you even read this, this is exactly why people were so confused with your choice of baby daddy in the first place. He is a very selfish self centered arrogant man who will destroy his own children in the name of money. Faith Hill and her hubby take those babies everywhere on tour with them, so did alot of other musicians when they have little ones. People on the outside looking in see so much more than when a woman is "in Love" with a horrible man and give advice that you did not take in the first place. Those two babies have NO place being schleped from venue to venue on the Britany Spears psychiatric tour !!!! They need nothing but stability,and there is NO stability wherever those two dysfunctional losers are !!! Throwing money at a problem will only make matters worse in the long run. It will only make them more of a pawn in a game of who makes the more money makes the rules. Shame on everyone involved,especially that GRANDFATHER for trying to barter those babies.
