This was one of the best shows ever and i have been waiting for it to come out on DVD' I heard the hold up is due to the music that was used in the show. i hope they get that straightened out soon!

the show is from the 90's, not the 80's.

Well, it did run fron 1988 - 1993, so technically it was on longer in the 90s than it was on in the 80s. Or were you referring to when it was supposed to be taking place?
