31. Was it the stress of having Oxygen TV and their Crappy camera crew following him that turned him back to crack? If that is the reason then I understand because just watching Oxygen makes me want to do drugs.

34. Never knew TMZ readers were a bunch of racists. The bigger question is why they were checking pockets at the security checkpoint. As a white guy, I've sure never had my pocked checked. Not to mention, someone suggestion that sentencing for crack is lenient, needs to read that great (sarcasm) encyclopedia known as Wikipedia. IDIOT!

There has been some controversy over the disproportionate sentences mandated by the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for crack cocaine (versus powder cocaine) since 1987. Whereas it is a 5-year minimum sentence for trafficking 500g of powdered cocaine, the same sentence can be imposed for mere possession of 5 grams of crack cocaine, a 100:1 ratio. There is no mandatory minimum sentence for mere possession of powder cocaine.[20] The United States Sentencing Commission has recommended that this disparity be rectified and existing sentences reduced.[21] Some claim that this disparity amounts to institutional racism, as crack cocaine is more common in inner-city black communities, and powder cocaine in white suburban communities.[22][23] The Supreme Court ruled in Kimbrough v. United States (2007) that the Guidelines for cocaine are advisory only, and that a judge may consider the disparity between the Guidelines' treatment of crack and powder cocaine offenses when sentencing a defendant.

37. To OJ didn't do it #8. People like you should be shot!!! I agree with blkshephard to an extent. By the way blkshepherd, I hate to break it you, but blacks are by far NOT OUTNUMBERED, but that is no excuse for OJ didn't do it's comment. Race has nothing to do with why people get addicted to drugs, rape, kill, steal, don't have a job, or any of that stuff. If was race was like religion, and one could not determine such by looking at another, what would people bitch about then I wonder??

39. Posters 8, 12, 15, and 21 no amount of words can express the level of your ignorance. You posters have no business calling some out as being dumb. Racism is old and you four are letting the world know that your idiots (please do not breed) as a society we don't need anymore generations of your kind.

42. I guess smoking meth is cool because most white college students do it. Does anyone watch Intervention on A&E? 99% of the cases on there are about white people being on meth, crack, heroin and alcohol. But I guess no one pays attention to that. Kurt Cobain, Jim Belushi, Rush Limbaugh? I'm going to look out the window now to see if a man with a white hood is burning a cross in my yard for mentioning Rush. OOOOH! I'm so scared.

44. This doesn't surprise me at all...those lips, his outrageous temperment. Seriously, that was a crack move to think he was going to get through security with that substance. Dang, this is your ol' regular weed, this is hardcore (I don't condone drug use), but this is obviously habitual.
