We barely noticed Eric Nies with his clothes on in New York yesterday -- but the "Real World" doggy rescuer claims he's used to getting naked and jumping in freezing cold water because he frequents bathhouses ... no, not that kind.

Very smart guy.The weight of wet clothes along with hypothermia would take your energy. After getting out he had something dry to put on. But he did have to answer the question, "is that a minature hairless?"
