I know there were submissions much more worthy of being a finalist than some of these stupid pictures, its kinda like when someone submits a video to americas funniest home videos that has obviously been set up. however, AFV has sense enough not to pick these staged ones while TMZ does not.

I agree many of these are staged and then the others are only people taking picks of their kids with pissed off look on their faces! Do they have to post ever submission?!?!?!?

Why don't ya'll put a None option on the poll? Cause I don't think any of them should get it for combing their hair that way then taking a pic.
