Shawn Johnson Gets Permanent Stay Away

Shawn JohnsonBetter safe than sorry: Shawn Johnson's alleged stalker is currently behind bars, but her family ain't takin' no chances -- they just got a permanent restraining order against the scary dude.

Shawn's parents appeared in court today at the L.A. County Superior Court, where a judge ordered Robert O'Ryan to stay at least 100 yards away from the Olympic gymnast and her parents for the next 3 years.

O'Ryan is being held on $220,000 bail after pleading not guilty last month to one count of felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.

11. If the stalker realized she could no longer grow vertical and she is is in the process of growing horizontally, he may have regrets!! in about 10 years she could be 4' 2" in 3 directions

14. Im sorry but Shawn looks like a moving blanket on the dance floor. Can someone please tell wardrobe to put her in something that fits her body? She is too short and stauky to wear what shes wearing. Shes not that hot either. She seems to carry an attitude along with her weight.

15. what a Permanent restraining order is a type of restraining order. can be issued once a hearing has been held, and it can be in effect for up to a set number of years in some jurisdictions. Permanent restraining orders can be renewed or extended if the victim is still in danger of being subjected to abusive or harassing behavior when the order expires. The restraining order is only set for 3 years, buy be made longer if she is still inn danger by that guy
