4. Of course he wants it dismissed. His client did the dead and there is photographic and medical evidence to support it. I hope Rihanna sticks to her guns and doesn't buy that dimissal crap. Let Homey do some time behind bars and maybe it'll make him humble.

5. does anyone else here use AOL mail to verify their comments? I lose about 20-30% of the comments I try to enter. I just never receive a confirmation e-mail at all and it just disappears and it only seems to happen on my AOL mail account. My hotmail and yahoo accounts work just fine. And if I do get the e-mail it's usually fifteen minutes later, while hotmail and yahoo get them immediately.

The media has been so one sided on this whole thing and it's awful.
