The nipple ring, speedo, necklace- all of this is costume for a movie he is filming in Lake Havasu City called PIRANHA 3-D, a remake of the 1978 PIRANHA. This photo was taken on set. I know for a fact becuase I am working on the film.

Ya can't judge a man's size when he is walking out of cold water. That's just a biological fact. What is wrong with his choice in swim wear? Hell of a-lot nicer than swimming in 3 yards of fabric tied around the waist that either looks like a big billowy skirt or capri pants, which is just silly. Time for the brief cut to make a comeback! They just are more practical than today's swimwear choices for men.
