64. If I was in the company of someone who was dying (!!!!!) the LAST thing I'd EVER want to do is hang up the phone from someone who is TRAINED TO HELP!!

My friend died in April of a heart attack. His GF was trying to balance her cell phone while listening to instructions for CPR on the phone with 911. Human instinct tells you NOT TO HANG UP THE PHONE. Whoever made that call was terrified and was being told by the doctor to hang up the phone knowing full well it was too late.

FOUL PLAY! Murder or assisted suicide.

65. Sounds like the critical 4 minute window was so far passed before the call came in to 911. the rush to the hospital the continued CPR was just part of the ongoing disbelief.

Why did the doctor wait so long to call EMTs? Even w/medical center only a few miles away?

WHY WAS HE ON THE BED???? a doctor should know you have to do CPR on a hard surface. probably didn't call 911 right away either.....unbelievable......if that doctor was the only one there he was supposed to call 911 before doing anything and then started CPR on the floor, he would have gotten defibrillated within 10 minutes and might have survived. WOW!!!!! how sad

74. Where is the urgency in the callers voice. 15 years as 911 operator and have never heard such a calm caller.. I think they knew he was gone when they called. Urgency definately missing...
