Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that there's an active search for Ryan Alexander Jenkins tonight in the waters between Washington state and Canada. Translation: They think he's trying to flee.
Jenkins, a Canadian citizen, is a "person of interest" in the murder of his wife, model Jasmine Fiore. Fiore's body was found stuffed in a suitcase in Orange County, CA last weekend.
Mike Milne with U.S. Customs tells us the "air, marine, and border patrol agents on the ground are actively searching for any leads," and they are aware that a "potential suspect Ryan Jenkins could be in the area."

If he has something to do with the murder of his wife, he has to pay his bill with the justice. A murder with a silly cause is unforgivable.

First of all, I don't understand why he would marry her in the first place. She looks like a Barbie doll you'd find in the defect bin. Secondly, he's not a bad looking guy, he coulda found someone else if she was messin around on him while he was in Mexico. Kick her to the curb, don't freakin kill her. Hopefully they find him and find out what really happened before the evidence escapes them like so many others cases.

Why do people believe they'll be "Safe" or have "Gotten Away" if they go to Canada or Mexico after committing a crime in the U.S. ??
Law Enforcement in Canada & Mexico fully cooperate with U.S. Authorities whenever the U.S. is attempting to retrieve a suspect in their respective countries.
U.S. just has to agree NOT to seek the Death Penalty against the suspect.
So why run to these Countries ??
Shouldn't you be taking a boat to Europe ??
