4. Clearly this Nanny is under a lot of distress, and clearly she needs a break from the chaos! It looks to me as if she is hurting these children by grabbing them by their arms. She needs to get a grip and decide to leave this crazy family

6. NorCalNanny - she's holding the one boy by the arm, it doesn't look like she's hurting him. She's also crouching at his level to make eye contact, not looming over him. It looks to me like he must have hit the other kid and the nanny is disciplining him verbally. Don't make it into something it's not.

12. Why the hell is she grabbing Collin like that, and why is Joel crying? They are not her kids to be grabbing like that. Also those kids are not "retarded". They are very cute and precious. If that were clearly the case, it would be one thing. BUT IT'S CLEARLY NOT!! You can see the boy hurt the boy behind the nanny and she is reprimanding him. That is how these situations are SUPPOSED to be handled.
