Cooper is gay and is out of the closet, so please stop claiming that he needs to come out. It is not a secret to anyone in Manhattan. And he wanted to do a special on CNN on the issue, but was told that he couldn't because people at CNN, aware that much of the country doesn't know that he's gay (which again is awfully odd), worried that he would alienate anti-gay viewers.

@HK: How do you know this, that he wanted to do a special on the gay issue and CNN wouldn't let him? Do get memo's from Klein? He wasn't going to announce his gayness. He never will. He'll just live is life as he wants.
