A Connecticut college has initiated a new program to keep David Letterman interns at arms length from the host.
A rep from Quinnipiac University tells TMZ:
"Due to recent circumstances we will have a discussion with those in charge of placing our interns at the David Letterman show in the future.
We will diligently oversee this internship program to ensure that our interns are out of harm's way."
David might be happy to know the college has no plans to end the program.

Letterman, The typical Democrat, is a perfect example to the world, to anyone that has a brain as to who democrats really are. What a lame a#s, chicken sh%t response from the college that was. They completely disrespected the intellectual capacity of their students. In a nutshell, they said that their young adult female students lacked the mental capacity to choose whether or not they should lie on their backs with their knees in the air when confronted with an opportunity to liaise with a celebrity. What a cheap shot that was. I, for one, have greater confidence in 20 year old's decision making than they do. Idiots.
