The preliminary hearing in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case is over -- and a judge decided there was enough evidence for the three defendants to stand trial.
Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and their impressive 23 total felonies are due back in court on December 11.

Good about Dam time Anna was harmeless and loving if the drugs were gone and the Docs were gone along with HKS.. she would not be in the ground..I think it would have been different for Her..And #7 ur right could not have said it better myself...justice for the both of them..I know everyone is gonna yell they didn't make her take the drugs but they keep her on them so she never came off..And no one forced the Docs to give them drugs they did it willingly so good..hope they all burn in hell for killing Anna and Mj..

Good. They contributed and aided the drug addict. It should go to trial and maybe Klein is receiving this update from his helicopter.. Along with Murray (propoful at home without necessary equipment to save his life??) and whoever else aided in allowing his destruction. Justice for Michal and Anna Nicole.

The potentiality of intentionally fueling a known addict with legal and illicit drugs and, particularly, a near-term pregnant woman rather than getting her into a neutral and professional detoxification facility and under the care of a professional psychotherapist, the immorality of licensed professionals crossing sexual boundaries with their patients, stealing homes from Americans in foreign countries, and the ongoing attempt to steal another family's fortune should be a big deal to all Americans.
