Jackson Creditor's Claim Over Neverland

Michael JacksonA British law firm is the latest to file a creditor's claim against Michael Jackson's estate, and it involves the "sale of Neverland."

There had been rumors Jackson put the ranch up for sale, but they were never confirmed. Now the law firm of Atkins Thomson Solicitors in London is asking for $209,204.36.

The services the firm claims to have performed involved "General discussions re Michael Jackson, personal and professional situation dealing with Colony Capital, Tohme Tohme, Frank Dileo, and Others, Work in Relation to the Sale of Neverland."

The firm also claims to have done work with Jackson's U.S. lawyers and AEG. The firm also did legal work for the London concerts.

1. I wish they would turn it into a MJ museum, have it set up the way MJ once had it.. with the proceeds going 80% to Charity... It would definitely be awesome for the fan's that miss him so :(

2. Please take this survey for me regarding Michael Jackson and the media. It will only take you about 1-2 minutes. It's for a paper I'm writing on media effects. Thank you!

5. In the meantime, the Jackson family keeps spending money like it grows on trees and driving around in $100,000 cars. Nice way to conserve the estate for its legal obligations.

10. It is a wonder what the Estate will do with their ownership (with Colony Capital & Tohme) of Neverland. TMZ-- have you sent anyone out there recently to see if there's anything being done to the grounds? What ever came of the cement truck back in July.

As for the lawyers-- hope they all have documentation to show some of their claim (this goes for all of the creditors). Everyone's out for a few free bucks.

14. While Michael was "under the influence" AEG probably got him to sign a bunch of contracts/documents that hold him responsible for all AEG legal/contractual fees. And Tohem creesp me out--why was he mentioned in the credits of the TII movie??? Movie and CD are #1...AEG/Sony are all doing the happy $$$$ dance!!!
