3. He took the rap for both him and his wife so she wouldn't be deported, I don't think this is the last of this disfunctional family that we will see, both mom and dad are pathetic, I just hope the kids will grow up and be ok....but with them as parents I'm not sure. TLC will probebly pick up this family for a show, now that they are down 1.

11. I agree with #7! Don't let these stooges profit as a result of their crime...and yeah, creating a false emergency and the costs to the state of Colorodo as a result of their lies are CRIMINAL. I hope the kids will not be injured too badly as result of their parents greed, but one can never underestimate the influence of nasty genes....

No voting right. Special more expensive insurance. Cannot get a good job.

No the mom will divorce the father and take his child, 18 years of income and most of his stuff.

15. They can't be sentenced today - they have interviews to do and this will give the the media TWO times to interview them - today and at sentencing. They will probably make the rounds of every news group in the country before the sentencing before they get sentenced and that is all part of the plan.
I'm betting they will get time served, if they had any, and probation, minimal fines, less than $2,000 probably less than $1,000 and maybe not even community service. All because they "need to keep the family together and he needs to WORK." Like he ever really worked to begin with. He needs to work shoveling snow by hand for the county making minimum wage and then he also needs to help eldery people clean up their yards for community service - for 2-3 years. The wife needs to get separate punishment as well and it should include manual labor. They can go on TV but they need to be doing manual labor punishment long after the hype has died down so they feel the punishment.
