Generally speaking there is no love lost between people and attorneys. Attorneys still must be paid. Why do people think it is OK not to pay their Lawyers? Do they think they are better than their Lawyers? If you don't want to pay attorneys fees then here's a tip. Stop getting married then divorced. Stop ripping off people you owe money too. Stop handing over your financial affairs to any Tom, Richard or Harry out there. Stop drinking and driving. Stop trying to not pay the IRS. Stop making verbal contracts. Stop not signing written contracts.Stop lying,cheating and stealing. Follow this advise and chances are you will not be owing big bucks to an attorney.If you do theses things then by god be prepared to pay!

So these SMART lawyers represent ROd in case 1. he did not pay for their services.
These SMART lawyers represent ROd AGAIN in case 2. he did not pay them for their services in case one. What made them think he'd pay them for case 2????
These SMART lawyers represent ROd again in case 3 with full knowledge he DID NOT pay them for legal representation in case 1 or 2.
I'd make rod pay for case 1 only. case 2 and 3 non payment is the direct result of the lawyers being stupid. i don't reward stupid.
