Lindsay Lohan -- High Marks From DUI JudgeLindsay Lohan got good marks in court today, even though she wasn't there to hear it.

Instead, Lindsay's lawyer, the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, presented the judge with the goods to show her client was complying with the terms of her DUI probation.

The judge was impressed, but drew a line in the sand, telling S.C.H. Lindsay must complete her alcohol ed class by July 15, 2010.

We're sure she'll graduate magnum cum laude.

Why do they keep giving her breaks? If you were a regular citizen and got two dui within a few months and was caught with cocaine, you would be in jail for a year or so. If I was the judge I would send her to jail for over a year so she can get back on track. Don't give celebs a break, chris brown got off easy too, I would put him in jail for a year for what he did.

I am not really a Lindsay fan, however, I am glad that she is doing so much better. But she does not look all that well. Most photos of her show her looking exhausted and very pale.

When I got popped for DUI, I had to complete my classes within 90 days... and prove it. Isn't this like, the second or third time LL has been given an extension?
