OK...I gotta say, I live next door to him, in Venice Beach. He doesn't look this bad at all! I feel bad. Although, he could use some real curtains and not the towels hanging over ropes that he currently has. I'm sure that's his only flaw. well...and he drives a PT CRUISER!!
