Jay Leno -- Shriver Driver

12/27/2009 2:08 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Mirroring the scofflaw ways of Guv Arnold Schwarzenegger's wife, Maria Shriver ... Jay Leno broke Calee-for-nee-ah law this week by yucking it on a cell phone while driving old school.

Looks like Maria is more influential than Arnold these days.

The vehicle is not moving! He's in his driveway. TMZ are such douches to try and pin something on Jay Leno that is not true. The never ending tattlers, always trying to pin something on a celebrity.....talk about biting the hand that feeds their sorry asses. As for the car thing, he works on them himself, restores them, and educates.

No seat belts.
No doors.

The violations pile up.

That car is not grandfathered in because more than 47% of the car was repaired and replaced.

im pretty sure the stalkers who take pics for this page.dont hope on their cell phone to get an early jump on selling the pics they had just taken while driving.id rather have someone talking on a cell phone while driving.than haveing a pap chasing me trying to run me off the road.

The car doesn't appear to be moving...

So it's illegal to talk on the phone in a parked car in CA? What a weird state.

This is for the schnooks, especially #1, who throw idiotic remarks around in an apparent attempt to waste cyberspace much less know ANYTHING about Jay's collections of mechanical masterpieces.

This is the one thing I don't get with TMZ. People break laws everyday, including celebs. Driving while talking on a cell is a $20 ticket here in CA...speeding is worse. TMZ, are you going to start posting videos of celebs going more than 5 miles over the speed limit? Give me a break.

Slow news day (let me guess, more "guess who" and "spot the difference" Photoshops coming!)

Using Shriver in the title of this article is misleading and should only be reserved for the truly ugly woman (inside and out).

Love, shuffler.

A private residential driveway is not usually partially designated as
a fire lane (red curb @ lower left) or have its address stenciled
within its confines.

All those celebrities should get tickets for breaking the law, just like the common person.
