Charlie Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, is at a rehab facility but isn't in rehab, according to her lawyer.
TMZ has confirmed Mueller and her mom are at Two Dreams Outer Banks in North Carolina. Mueller's lawyer, Yale Galanter, tells TMZ categorically Brooke is not being treated for addiction -- she is convalescing from her bout with pneumonia.
The mission statement of Two Dreams reads, "Two Dreams is a comprehensive wellness program providing exemplary care for individuals who dream of recovery from addictive disorders or co-dependent behaviors."
Galanter says he has personally spoken with staff who say the facility is also used for people who are not in rehab. The facility also told us they do non-substance abuse recovery.
Galanter says Brooke and her mom plan to stay a week or less and that, he says, is not consistent with rehab.

C'mon TMZ - be fair to this woman and stop re-running the Chucky Cheese picture of her. I don't know about other readers, but it seems like you're running the same chicklet-mouth picture of her over and over again. There's got to be something better and more flattering out there, eh?
Remove those kids from the home NOW...permanently...until BOTH parents go through rehab and prove they are capable. I don't care how long t takes....
Brook was a recovering self-admitted crack addict; they are both at fault. Hopefully, both will shape up....
Weren't you just reporting yesterday that this same mother said Brooke couldn't fly because of her lung? How'd she get to NC from Cali in 24 hours if she wasn't flying? I don't picture her as a let's drive straight through kind of gal. Something stinks about this situation.
She's not in rehab, she's just at rehab. A.K.A she's not trying to quit, she's just taking a break.

She FLEW to NC? OMG that is a major NO on pneumonia! It can kill you! There was no place closer-sheesh they couldn't get FURTHER AWAY.

She won't admit she's in rehab because she is still in denial that she needs it.
She obviously needs it.
