There are a lot of 46 year old women who look fantastic. I have a friend who is from Germany living in Moab, UT who looks better than some young women in their twenties. It's got to be good genes and taking excellent care of your health, drinking water, eating properly, moisturing the skin, and using the recommended sunscreen protection. Of course, staying active and thinking young is an important key to looking good. I've always heard that attitude about your age can really make a BIG difference how you look too!
