Larry King Divorce In Holding Pattern

0416_larry_shawn_EX_TMZ_01Larry King and Shawn Southwick have reached a two week truce in their epic divorce battle.

Larry's powerhouse attorney, Dennis Wasser, tells TMZ, “Larry and Shawn met with the counselor today. It was decided that there will be no divorce activity for 2 weeks as several issues need to be discussed and resolved.”

To be clear -- Larry and Shawn have not withdrawn their respective petitions for divorce ... they've simply decided to refrain from making any legal moves.

He married her WITHOUT a prenup and she had his two kids. Half is hers.
