After one of the nastiest splits in the history of Hollywood, "Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford called a temporary truce with her estranged husband Daniel Giersch this weekend -- so baby daddy could spend some time with their 2 kids.

Earlier this month, Kelly dropped the restraining order against Daniel -- but yesterday in L.A., the two agreed to act like civil, peace-loving people so Kelly could drop off the kids.

Baby steps.

Ewwww, she is too old to have a baby. Looks like grandma. No wonder there are so many retarded kids around and kids with behavioral issues. It's these morons who wait until they're like 50 to have some guy sperminate their old, withered up eggs. And that's the problem with all these multiples born as a result of fertility drugs, they're all retards and mongoloids.

as far as I know, if someone has a restraining order, they cant just go meet up to drop the kids off. If she ordered him to stay away from her she shouldnt just turn around and call him up to meet face to face. Whats the point of the restraining order?

Didn't this hose bag leave her ill groom shortly after her first wedding? She's an ugly woman inside and out. She robbed the cradle with this guy and had two babies and then decided to dump him. Seems to be a pattern with this bitch. Someone should beat the **** out of her.

All of you need to be quiet. How is something about a restraining order go straight to her looks. She was voted one of the hottest teenage moms on tv so people think she's hot. Also He's like two years younger so she didn't rob the cradle.
