Lindsay Lohan made it clear to the court that she didn't wanna wear a SCRAM bracelet because she thought it would get in the way of an upcoming movie shoot in Texas -- problem is, no such shoot exists. 
TMZ has contacted the producers of the only two motion picture projects Lindsay is currently attached to -- "Machete" and "Inferno" -- and they both made it very clear that LiLo has no business in Texas.
A rep for "Machete" tells us there ARE additional scenes being shot in Texas but, "according to the director, they don't include [Lindsay]."
As for "Inferno," a rep tells us, The Linda Lovelace biopic "doesn't plan on starting shooting 'till the beginning of August." Also, it's not being shot in Texas -- so the SCRAM bracelet would have no affect on that film either.
Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, relayed Lohan's excuse to Judge Marsha Revel on Monday -- but the judge didn't buy it anyway ... and forced her to SCRAM it up.

Wonder if LILO is taking lessons for the Linda Lovelace biopic?
If I was in her position, I would say or do whatever it took, to make life easier too. She has "no one." All she has is money grubbing parents. Lindsay, go pay for a shrink (outside friend). He or she can't blabber mouth. Loose whoever is around you, because obviously its not working. Go Lindsay!

Lindsay is broke. There is no money to get by her "money grubbing parents." Her mother has gotten money in the past due to her being Lindsay's manager but there is no big movie contracts anymore. She's now on to D list stuff like Inferno. I doubt that will make the big screen-probably straight to DVD. And beyond that --nothing. She's broke.

Lindsay Lohan is a grown woman who has made some pretty bad choices in life. She can correct this if she so chooses but at this point, she won't acknowledge any of those mistakes. She's all wrapped up in her arrogance and insolent behavior. She hasn't hit the bottom yet and that needs to happen before she can get her life back. I am truly sorry this awful mother has taught her to deny deny deny and then follow it up with a chaser of lies. Dina has perpetuated this entire horror.
@JLS Your tough as nails. Hmmm... No kids? She is 23. Cut her some slack. The girl/child, has worked very hard from a very young age. She is not a slacker, just hooked up with the wrong crowd and she has idiot parents. She can over come this!
I can't believe she would want to do that Linda Lovelace biopic in the first place. It's not exactly gonna get Lindsay an Oscar. But it will buy her more coke and booze so I guess that's important.
