i love both sisters for their own special talents. but i just have to ask jess, did you not look in the mirror, honey? there are about 15 things wrong with that dress, and not one of them has to do with the fact that you are 'healthier' than your sis. love your body, love yourself, but look in the mirror, sugar.
at at minimum, i would have reversed the colors because it did the opposite of what i am assuming you wanted to do. i'd also go so far as to say single colors would work better than the semi-architectural outlines that only served to make you look lumpy where you are not lumpy.
love who you are and dress to emphasize your assets.
