A former bodyguard for Britney Spears claims she sexually harassed him, but people connected with the singer are laughing at the allegation, saying the guy needs to man up.
The Sun is reporting that Fernando Flores is thinking about filing a multi-million dollar sexual harassment lawsuit against Brit, claiming she constantly came on to him and paraded naked.
We're told Flores was a short-timer, and had to know ... although Britney likes to buy clothes she doesn't necessarily wear all of them.
Britney famously has been photographed topless, and even more famously been photographed without panties. She constantly shuns clothes while at home, and we're told it has nothing to do with Flores.
Memba when Britney was picked up for her 5150 stint? Cops tried getting in her home for hours, as she paraded near a window in just panties. When officers finally subdued Brit, they tried covering her with a sweater ... and she screamed, "Don't cover me up. I'm f**king hot."
One of Brit's peeps calls the bodyguard's claim "stupid."

A lot of men have paid money over the years for walking around in front of women employees without clothes. I guess this is equal rights at work?
I'm not sure how the law works in California, but after serving on a jury for a sexual harassment lawsuit in Washinton State, I learned that the actions don't have to be specifically directed at the person who has an issue with the behavior. If the actions make that person feel uncomfortable and they complain it's sexual harassment, if the behavior doesn't stop, even if he is the ONLY person who takes issue. He may have a case, but asking for a multi-million payout is absurd.

why is this Fernando guy not a cop anymore? he's only 29! i wonder what he did to get kicked off the force? or maybe his staff sergeant "paraded around naked in front of him". HA! take a seat, fernando and stop trying to get money out of a girl who has just started putting her life back together!
Reality of it is though that if he is in her employment and she does something that makes him uncomfortable or "comes" on to him while he is performing his paid duties...she may very well be liable. No different than if a male boss comes onto or parades naked around his secretary. She would be within rights to file sexual harassment as well. Just because this is a male complaining about a female doing it does not change the legal definition of hostile work environment or sexual harassment.
That said I am sure this guy see's her a a bigger pay check for himself but he may very well have a case as well. Male or female does not matter in sexual harassment cases and more and more women are being brought up on sexual harassment charges these days. Its no longer just a male against female event.
