Charlize Theron could really profit off her bad memories -- the actress is trying to rent out the Malibu beach house she used to share with ex-boyfriend Stuart Townsend ... and she's charging $50,000 a month.
According to Realtor.com, the 2,095 sq. ft. beachfront property has three bedrooms -- and a dreamy view of the Pacific blue ... in one of the most exclusive communities in the country.
Charlize and Stuart broke up earlier this year after a 9-year relationship -- but the actress has since been spotted getting cozy with Keanu Reeves.

(Page 1 of 2)i thought k. reeves is gay; didn't he come out years ago and married a guy name alan, and reeves said in an interview, come on, tom cruise, come out, you feel so much better when you come out.
has he changed his mind like ann heche?
k. reeves came out a few years ago he is gay and is married to a guy named alan and at the time he made a statement for tom cruise to come out.
pretty damn shabbee for 50,000 a month. i would pay 2000 max for living in that kind of junk. that beach deck looks like it's about to shrivel up and crumble into the pacific. either that, or friggen get a friggen better camera!
I agree that it is not worth nearly as much as she is asking for it. It looks drab and dreary. That's more than 1,000 a day for that wreck? She's delusional and entitled if she thinks it will rent at that price. SMH.
Id rather stay at a hotel and visit the beach, Malibu beach is cold and dark and not fun to swim in,
until u find a renter, you can hire me to be the property's caretaker. I have a suitcase and i can travel cross country.
The place looks depressing just like she looks lately! Maybe with some Tecate's a barbeque pit and mexican music maybe that will do it!lol If I had the money I would rent it but for half the money just to see were she used to live. haha!
Are you freaking kidding me? Who would pay 50,000 a month to rent a house anywhere? If you can afford to pay 50,000 a month for living expenses, why wouldn't you just buy a house? Also, look at the picture. It is in no way worth that amount of money a month. She def. has entitlement issues or is high.
