We just found another bug in the iPhone ... or at least Oksana Grigorieva did, because we've learned she used Steve Jobs' brainchild to secretly record Mel Gibson.
Sources tell TMZ Oksana used an app to capture Mel Gibson's rage ... though it's unclear which app she used.
The device itself will become relevant when the experts try and determine if the recordings were altered in any way.
For the record, there's also a sound editing app.
Oksana's spokesman, Steve Jaffe refused to comment.
Oh, one more thing. We're assuming she used a 3G model, because it didn't drop the call.

Correct me if I am wrong but, by Cali. state law does she not have to have his permission to record him and he has to give his consent? Now if he left these on her answering mac., her voice mail on call phone or an email then there is no expectation of privacy and there for can be used in court.

It is illegal to tape someone without their knowledge in California-whether or not they were edited. They are SO edited. He got hooked up with a Russian, gold digging prosty, pro! I wish he wouldv'e beat her, but I know he didn't. I hate this woman.

I think there is a big anger for the ones who aren't selling iphones that they made up all kind of histories about it. I got the iphone 4 with another friends none of us is having any type of problems with it....... The iphone is the best smartphone in US and probably around the world and

3Gs iPhones come with a built-in app called Voice Memo that is basically a digital voice recorder....sure that's what she used.
