TMZ spoke to cops in Miami-Dade County, who say they're ready to ruin the hopes and dreams of those looking to snag a peek at Enrique's little hero -- telling TMZ, "We enforce all laws here, regardless of what your status is in the Miami community."
But ... catching Enrique with his pants down will be easier said than done -- because the singer says he's gonna do it "late at night" and, ironically, not during a full moon.

From what I have heard, Enrique has been know to do some nude water skiing before. He's doing at night, so no children will see. I don't see a problem with it!!! You go right ahead Enrique. I'll be out on the beach with my night vision binoculars!!!
