'Pretty Wild' Star -- Adios, Lindsay Lohan!

7/24/2010 12:25 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Lindsay Lohan's chances of starting an incarcerated starlet gang just went up in smoke ... because  LiLo's fellow famous inmate -- "Pretty Wild" star Alexis Neiers -- just walked out of the Lynwood jail a free woman.

According to jail officials, Neiers -- who was serving a six-month sentence for her part in the Burglar Bunch's heist at Orlando Bloom's house -- was just released after spending less than one month behind bars.

If only Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Michelle Rodriquez were still there ...

UPDATE: Alexis tells TMZ she is very "humbled," "blessed," and "very grateful for my family right now." She says her plans are "to shower get in my bed and relax with my family. I'm very excited for a good meal."

Crazy, I know someone who was in for burglary, and they were in PRISON (not jail) for 5 years. This justice system is out of whack. How is anyone supposed to take it seriously?

How are these people ever going to learn. They should be setting an example showing that just because they are celebrities they are also people and should therefore serve what the normal person would serve for committing a crime. They should also be put into general population with the non-celebrities so they taste a little of the not so celebrity life is like. Give me and everyone else a break! So sick of celebrities getting away with murder!(Literally)

I wish someone would "get rid" of this ugly street trash. ALEXIS IS NOT A CELEBRITY. SHE IS A PIECE OF TRASH THAT GETS HIGH AND STEALS FROM PEOPLE SHE WISHES SHE WAS. She'll never be anything now because everyone in Hollywood that mean anything hate her guts.

I guarantee you if she were a man she would have served the full term. We need to have incarceration equality. If you do the crime, you do the time. It should not matter whether you are a man or woman.

Well, if people would stop watching stupid shows like Pretty Wild then she wouldn't be in the news at all. If you watch, quit now and show your disgust and not here.

29 days of a six month sentence? That is just disgusting! Misdemeanor sentences are a joke now, why not break the law when you aren't going to be properly punished!

Evidently they don't take jail sentences very seriously in LA. They are only hurting themselves. The recidivism rate must be extremely high.

Released from jail on $5,000 bail. [2 August 2000]

Released from jail to complete his six-month jail sentence at a drug rehabilitation center. Downey caused a stir when he was freed to work on a movie. [31 March 1998]

He got into fight with another inmate at the Los Angeles County Jail, where he was serving time for a probation violation, and was treated for a cut over his nose. [13 February 1998]

Jailed for 180 days for violating probation. [December 1997]

Probation revoked after continued drug use. [17 October 1997]

Remanded to a secure drug rehabilitation center. [August 1996]

During traffic stop for speeding, he was arrested for drunk driving, possession of heroin, and possession of an unloaded pistol in his pickup truck. This was his first reported brush with the law at age 31. He was given a suspended prison sentence of 3 years, and granted probation with requirements of random drug testing and drug counselling. [August 1996

after many many many lenient chances, Robert Downey Jr. FINALLY GOT IT!!!! This joke sentence won't help anyone in the long run. The judges can be as hard as they want, but if the jails are so-called "overcrowded", then no one gets punished really in the end.

and yes, I believe Tommy Chong got screwed by this system then.

Alexis and her sisters are all idiots. Nasty, ugly, stupid spoiled little girls with no respect or anyone including their mother. So sick of the fake crying and constant whining!!!

I have to say she is a non-violent offender, there are so many violent offenders in Los Angeles they have to make room for them. I was born and raised in L.A. and if you have a choice would you let her out to make room from some idiot that goes around shooting and beating up people, I would, but I must say if she violates she will be back in there doing all of her time. Lindsay would not be in jail if she hadn't kept violating.
