Another "Bachelor" is back on the market -- now that a judge has ruled that Bob Guiney's divorce from "All My Children" actress Rebecca Budig is final.
Judging from the documents filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, the split seems pretty amicable ... with neither side requesting spousal support or any other financial assistance.
The couple married back in 2004 -- and according to the docs, they separated last September ... though Rebecca didn't file divorce docs until April 2010.
The couple has no children together.

@ KellyR
They were never a Bachelor series couple. She meet him after he and the woman he picked on the show split up.
Shows how much I watch that show LOL
Am I mistaken in that Trista and Ryan are the only Bachelor series couple to have stayed together so far ?
He is so unattractive, even with the nose job. I never understood how he got her anyway.
My guess is that she was the one making all the money. He should have taken her to the cleaners and demanded spousal support. Fair is fair right ladies? You want to be treated as equals, then you can draft spousal support checks too.
My thoughts exactly, TinaLouise!
And MIKE...IF HE did all the wifely duties, and she made more than him, then fine, let her pay him spousal support, but lets get real...we know she made more money than him AND still did all the wifely duties too! So let him try to make his own dough with his garage band!
Just want to clear up your misconceptions ... Budig is a soap opera actress and had established her own career well before Guiney appeared on the scene. Budig had nothing to do with the Bachelor show. I never understood why she married this guy in the first place, he seemed like he was totally out of her league. I'm glad she's moving on.
i think that hes a sweet guy and funny too. For some women its not all about looks but more about personality.
@ 14 I agree he wont be single for long
To Kammified.
Even if he did the "wifely" duties, once divorce proceedings commence, she no longer enjoys the duties he performed. Why should she have to pay for the lifestyle he became accustomed to through her earning potential while she is deprived of the lifestyle she became accustomed to through his domestic duties? No Kammified, even if he did perform those duties, he should not have received spousal support. As you put it, "...let him try to make his own dough with his garage band!"
She, as well as the rest of america finally got to see this douchebag tool for all that he was worth. Not only did he border in the homo/hetro line, but he was LAME!! Just goes to prove that idiots are entertaining as long as you aren't sentenced to be with one 24-7!!
