Isaiah Washington -- Accused of Bleeding Bank Dry

7/29/2010 8:30 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Former "Grey's Anatomy" doc Isaiah Washington is facing another round of accusations -- this time from a bank that claims he stiffed it on a six-figure loan.

The actor and his wife are being sued by City National Bank for allegedly not paying back a $100,030 loan they took out back in 2008.

According to the court docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- the Washingtons got one hell of a deal ... with a 1.5% interest rate and not having to put down any collateral.

The bank is looking to collect their cash -- plus interest and penalties. Attempts to contact the Washingtons were unsuccessful.

Screw the bank I hope that bank goes belly up... They give everyone else a really high intrest rate but they give the celebrities 1.5% rate... These banks are looking out for the rich and famous and charging the poor as high as 21%... Serves the bank right for being such douche bags..... Banks in my opinion are nothing more then legalized extorsion.... Hopefully everyone will default on there loans and put these rip off artists(banks) outta business

pay option arm wow even the celebs fall for it.
This is one of the main reasons we are in a recession/depression.

In layman's terms.

Let's say hypatheticaly that you interest rate was 3.0% and your loan percentage was supposedly 1.5%. In a pay option arm you would be adding 1.5% onto the balance of the loan.

with a pay option arm (wich they used to sell) you had three options for payment each mont or quater. 1.principal,interest,taxes,insurance 2. Interest only. 3.I hope you get the picture.

Well, this is where my support end for Isaiah "washed-up" Washington ends. Sorry buddy, I am done hoping for you come back. He might want to consider dropping that bad ass black panther attitude when he has movies like "ghost ship" on his resume.
