TMZ has learned Judge Marsha Revel had a change of heart after TMZ's story about Lindsay's rehab -- and now she is headed for treatment at UCLA Medical Center ... exactly what her doctors wanted in the first place.
TMZ broke the story Judge Revel had selected Morningside Recovery -- despite the fact that the two court appointed psychiatrists along with other medical professionals were not recommending that facility. The shrinks put UCLA in their top four, but it was the facility favored by everyone because the treatment program was perfectly suited for Lindsay's psychiatric and drug problems.
We're told Lindsay will not be in the psych ward -- rather this is an intense specialized program to deal with psychological, as well as addiction problems.

I think Judge Revel has been giving out false information in an attempt to figure out who has been responsible for the leaks.

OK the judge must have received some kind of pay off, Lindsy needs to do what the judge originally sentenced her to do, if she was not a celebrity she would not get any breaks, and i think celebs need to be treated just like everyone else
Either that or she is double thinking every move to maintain her reputation.
And she won't be allowed to smoke at UCLA like she would've been able to do at Morningside.
I foresee Judge Revel checking out TMZ, seeing all the latest reports that Lilo is heading to UCLA then wringing her hands and cackling loudly as she, yet agains, changes lilo's destination. I read on the other "BREAKING NEWS" story that ROL scooped this story and posted it first and now TMZ is backtracking claiming it was their "BREAKING NEWS" that gave ROL, their "BREAKING NEWS". You guys are starting to make me nuts. Is on one else but Lilo and Mel Gibson flucking up in Hollyweird?
ROL didn't report she would be going to UCLA, just that she wouldn't be going to Morningside and might be going to UCLA. UCLA would most certainly be a more structured environment which is certainly what Lindsay needs.
Richie Sambora only lasted a week in this place. Then he bailed to Cirque Lodge. Lindsay is not a happy camper right now.
Enough Lindsay for now.... maybe in an hour or two it will become more interesting. Let's talk about that fat slob from Jersey Shore. Here. I'll start. Grunt grunt grunt grunt grunt.
I was just looking at the daily schedule for the Resnick Center "4 East ICU". How terrible is it that I felt a twinge of jealousy? Rehab seems relaxing to me.

ps: alot of rehabs and mental facilities allow cigarette breaks at certain scheduled times during the day.
