Im on both sides of the fence with the photos. My first reaction was his family and loved ones can see this. On the other hand some people need to see what can happen when you text and drive. Regardless its a horrible situation and I pray for his family and pooch. So glad the dog made it. Hope he is getting lots of love.

I've heard various sources say that THAT stretch of highway is very dangerous, with a high count of accidents. TMZ may be acting questionably, but if the public had death and agony thrust in their faces more often from the sources most likely to affect them, like from that stretch of highway, perhaps it could lead to fewer accidents. Sure, take those photos down and post them in highschools and grocery stores everywhere in that area.

I was a friend of Dr. Frank Ryan's and he was such a lovely person! I am very disturbed and bothered by the fact that anyone could make such horrible comments about anyone's death. Instead of focusing on the celebrities surgeries that Frank did, why not focus on all of the wonderful things he did for kids in trouble and how he took care of his mother. As far as the TMZ photos are concerned, I am very disappointed that they would post these photos for everyone to see. I am sad to see that TMZ and any other media outlet would choose to show photos of this or any other fatal crash scene. I am shocked that this is what entertains people in our society today! What happened to respecting peoples privacy. My heart goes out to Frank's family. He will be missed by us who knew him. Debbie

They should have a guard rail or something along that road so cars can't go over the edge.

Also, it seriously disgusts me how many people are in those pictures watching. They stopped their cars, got out, and watched this man die. Honestly, how nosy and inconsiderate can you be? I hate people like that.

IF (and I say "if" because we don't yet know exactly what caused the accident, although the HP said he was in fact "tweeting" just before the accident). Anyway...IF you are going to drive recklessly (ie texting while driving) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE leave your poor defenseless pet AT HOME!!

No top on the cappuccino so I have to stare at it to be sure it's not spilling while I drive along the PCH on this beautiful, surgically enhanced day."

We need to find out if a cell phone call had anything to do with this. Was Frank Ryan crapped on by an albatross, causing him to lose vision and hence, lose control of his transportation machine? I doubt it. I think it was either a pterodactyl attacking him, or a phone call. TMZ, please find out what his phone call record shows, vs the time of the crash.
